Spear Crimping Top for Security Fencing
Industrial-grade spear crimping solutions for security fencing, available in standard and custom lengths.
Our spear tops are precision-crimped in-house using high-tonnage, custom-engineered tooling. This ensures each spear achieves a consistently sharp, symmetrical finish — critical not only for appearance, but also for its role as a physical deterrent in security fencing systems.
We work with both DuraGal® steel and high-grade aluminium, offering excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and compatibility with powder-coating for exterior use.
Standard profile: 25×25mm square tube, crimped to a symmetrical spear point. Other profiles can be considered for volume production.
Stock lengths: 1800mm, 2100mm, 2400mm — ideal for common fence panel heights. Custom-cutting available for special applications such as school zones, commercial boundaries, or architectural fencing.
Each unit is quality-checked for tip alignment and structural integrity. Our tooling has been optimised to reduce deformation at the crimp point, providing not only aesthetics but long-term fence performance.
